A. Learn what reasons caused it to happen and make changes accordingly.
If you are able to learn the reasons why you were rejected directly from the person who rejected you, then you can prevent this from occurring the next time you make the same presentation to another prospect. By calling a third party who was not at the presentation, they can give you advice but it may not be accurate. Blaming others only puts you in denial that it's your fault. There is an old quote in sales that says: "They are not rejecting you, they are only rejecting the offer you gave them." Taking it personally causes unnecessary self-doubt. The easiest way to handle rejections is to find out the reasons why from the person that rejected you and take steps to correct these on your next presentation.
