C. Identify your target list and concentrate on those companies.
If you identify a company and it's the wrong company, what's the purpose of going? If you have your target list predetermined and pre-qualified, it's not really a cold call. And if you don't start cold calling until after lunch, you're either lazy or you're really lazy. While cold calling is not your best use of time, if you have predetermined who your best prospects will be its at least a smart use of a bad choice.
