They know they missed the appointment, you do not need to remind them by sending them an email. Waiting too long is a sign of weakness on your part. Calling them and demanding anything is an incorrect attitude to build a long term relationship. When someone misses an appointment it is a tactical advantage for you. Be nice, be humble, and be there the next time and the sale will be yours.
